Nate wears a lot of different hats in addition to overseeing Next Level as he's the head strength coach for RIT's division I Men's Hockey Team as well as being the head strength coach and physical education teacher in the Victor central school district. This episode we discuss how to maintain quality training in a group based setting and how strength training and setting the foundation is key for long term success for the golf athlete.
